Without a detailed blueprint, subtle unconscious changes in your setup, swing plane and other fundamentals can create a chain reaction that can have you on a stressful and sometimes endless search to find your way back when you aren’t at your best. Solution: If you have a clear long term plan for your swing, when you are lost, all you need to do is retrace your steps to find success again. Take Tiger for example: These two swings were taken nearly 10 years apart. The first swing on the left at the 2008 US Open, and the swing on the right was taken a little over a year before he won his next major at the 2019 Masters.
