MASTERS SUNDAY
Being in peak condition for The Masters is the goal for the top players in the world.  The planning and assessing that leads to an exceptional performance was completed well ahead of the tournament and is an integral part of the process that will give them the best chance to win come Sunday afternoon.
PLAN LIKE A PRO TO PEAK IN 2021
Creating an end of the year assessment is a great way to help you move closer to your goals as a player.  Below are some areas you can evaluate to help make next season your best yet!

Golf Fitness

Were you injury free in 2020?  Did your fitness enhance your golf game, or did it compromise your performance?  Would any changes in this area make next season more rewarding?

Fatigue Mangement

If you are engaged in golf specific exercise, how are you going to manage your fatigue levels so you will be your healthiest and strongest when you need it the most?

Nutrition/Sleep

Many of the best golfers/athletes in the world focus on these areas to help bring about their very best performances.  Is this an area that can help take your game to the next level?

Golf Swing and Short Game

Take note of what worked well for you and take note of any areas you would like to improve in.  What is your plan going to be in this area?

Mental Approach

Your mental approach encompasses all that you do on and off the course to help you to be your best.  Some examples of areas to assess could be: your motivation level, expectations, course management, focus, attitude, and daily/monthly commitment to your plan.  Collectively, these are all areas that you can evaluate and improve upon with the right techniques.

Benefits:

The greatest seasons in golf history all started with a vision that was broken down into small day to day goals.  Using an end of the season assessment will give you the tools to better understand what brings out your best performances while also helping to fill the gaps in areas you could potentially improve upon. Assess your game, then set your mind towards a great 2021!!
